Since Sharp Printing Services Inc., dba The School Spirit Place provides individually personalized products, returns and/or refunds are not accepted. However, if there is a problem with our materials or workmanship, we will reprint the defective product at no additional cost.  The School Spirit Place is not responsible for any costs associated with delays, expedited shipping, or missed deadlines unless expressly defined in writing at the time of original order placement.
